Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via our delete my data form and we will delete this information.

La Saule Paquot processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Handling your payment
– To be able to call you if this is necessary to perform our services
– To deliver goods and services to you
How long we keep data
We will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Our retention period is 24 months and we only keep the data of customers who actually book through us.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Share with others
We will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. La Saule Paquot remains responsible for these processing operations.
